Yep, sure are!
They’re out there giving the temple priests a hard time. It was actually pretty sinister since the voice of the main Thalmor guy is that of a pretty popular and friendly follower… so it was extra creepy. He did a good job.
Sadly I do not think there is a quest to off them. I’ll have to check on that later…
